Any MGWCMX access ticket also gives you the opportunity to see and follow the activities of the actors taking place at the CENTRAL STAGE and MULTIVERSE STAGE during the 3-day event!

All public appointments will be published in the official MGWCMX program!

PURCHASE EXPERIENCES:

Experiences can only be purchased on-site at the dedicated desk.

SELFIE:

The purchase of a selfie ticket allows only one person to take a picture with the actor.

GROUP PHOTO:

To take a group photo, each group member must have an individual photo ticket.

EXPERIENCE LOCATION:

All experiences will take place at stand B02 in Hall 9, near the area dedicated to Dungeons & Dragons.

AUTOGRAPH:

Each autograph ticket entitles you to a single signature from the actor.
You may bring your own item to be signed or choose a photo provided by the organizers, available at the autograph table.

PHOTO AND AUTOGRAPH SESSION:

Access to each session will be managed on a first-come, first-served basis.
The photo and autograph sessions will take place both in the morning and in the afternoon, with a detailed schedule to follow.

QUEUE MANAGEMENT:

A FAST LANE will be available for visitors with disabilities who have purchased any of the offered experiences.

Epic and Legendary ticket holders will also have access to the FAST LANE of Meet&Greet.

N.B. The experience is NOT included in the Epic and Legendary tickets and must be purchased on-site.

Upon arrival at the information desk, you will receive a slip with a number that will determine your order of access to the photo and autograph sessions.

ARRIVAL TIME:

It is recommended to arrive early for your session to secure a good position in the queue.

Sessions will strictly follow the numerical order, so it's essential to respect your turn.

BEHAVIOR DURING THE EVENT:

We ask you to maintain respectful behavior towards the actors and other participants.
Touching the actors without their consent is not allowed.
For safety reasons, please avoid running or pushing inside the venue.
